| Pete, the concierge is the best! Unlike the previous concierge, he'll send one of the guys in the shuttle to pick me up from nearby so I don't have to bother a friend to come and get me. When his mechanic found a problem with a part when looking for something different, he charged me only for the part and not for the labor. When his mechanic caused some damage to my very, very old car, he fixed it for free, not even charging for parts! I was even able to call Pete long distance on my drive down to Florida when my AC started blowing hot air out of the passenger side, and he suggested how we might fix it! Pete is the best! |
