| Only reason I did not give a 5 was my recent experience where I chose Newgate over my Kia dealer as the option for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I called to confirm what you would charge vs the dealer's cost of $67. + tax. You gave me a hard quote of $70. +tax. Upon completion of service, my invoice was for a total of $81.21. I also noticed the mileage total for when work was done was off by 100 miles on the invoice. I paid and left but then felt I had to call back to express my disappointment. I was told that it would be "made up to me" the next time I had the service done. I had used Newgate Sunoco for years prior to using the dealer while my car was under warranty. It's no longer under warranty and I have come back for various services. Never had these issues before. Please don't cause me to lose faith in your practices. |

| I have gone there for many years for state inspection. Mohamed is a well talented inspector that takes just the right amount of time to complete the inspection. What I don?t like is the amount of money the repair service folks charge you/quote you for simple services. For example, they charged me upwards of $30 for a simple bulb change. That was for the brake light!! |

| I felt that they should have been more upfront with me when they didn?t pass my car. I?m 72 and they should have said I could get a ticket with that failed sticker. My son told me and I went back to get the work done. |

| Very unprofessional. When I call to check if my car is ready they gave me different price but when we went to pick it up price was doubled WITHOUT REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. Overall very unsatisfied |
